The hotel is clean comfortable and the staff welcoming. Its a way outside Taragona and not the easiest to find but those are minor disadvantages. All in all a good hotel with modern decor and facilities - good for a stop over en-route to elsewhere which was exactly what we wanted.

I was surprised by the very good standard, newly refurbished, modern room with ac and flatscreen tv, the bathroom just as nice with new tiles etc. Amazing WiFi speed in my room, measured 5mbit/s!! New 2 glazed windows, quiet. My singelroom was small and the bed was standard. The restaurant was closed, Sunday and election day, but breakfast for € 2,50 must be a bargain as the room price for € 26,50! Locationwise, you need a car.

Kitchen could have been better equipped with more cutlery and cooking utensils.

We booked to be close to Reus Airport and also Portaventura - excellent on both counts. The apartments are clean/ modern/ air conditioned and one we rented had large sun terrace. Very good value for money. El Morrell is located next to large oil refinery. Just to be aware that it is industrial outlook and not typical tourist destination. To the rear great views of surrounding hills.
